Compensation pool
Our firm’s compensation pool is our "marketing budget". It consists of accumulated profits remaining after all funding obligations to traders have been fully satisfied. In other words, once there are no additional traders pending funding and the firm continues to generate profits due to industry-standard evaluation failure rates, those excess profits are retained.
We allocate all available capital—excluding operational expenses, toward private funding offers. This retained profit pool is the primary mechanism through which private offers are funded.
What are private offers?
A private offer is a free evaluation. They provide a way for traders to acquire a tremendous amount of funding (sometimes $100M+) by taking large evaluations given by our firm.
These evaluations are completely free of charge, enabling traders to gain access to a substantial amount of funding for no cost.
By disbursing large evaluation sizes, we are able to spread brand awareness about our business model, while giving traders exceptional funding opportunities.

These offers are issued by us to spread brand awareness, or sometimes to reward a profitable trader.
Traders can also submit an inquiry to our firm with their historical track record to see if their trading statistics qualify for any amount of funding via our private offerings. However, we will mostly be selecting high performers that have shown consistency on AuraXtail funded accounts.
Yes. Upon successfully passing a private offer evaluation, funding is issued.
While exceptionally large evaluations (for example, $1B evaluations) may be given on a limited basis for strategic or brand-awareness purposes, such account sizes are, in theory, ultimately fundable under our firm’s dynamic leverage framework and liquidity-pooling cash flow model in accordance with our risk disclosure.
If a trader is approved for a very large aggregate funding amount via a private offer, funding may be distributed in increments over an extended period rather than issued immediately. Each private offer is governed by its own specific terms and contractual conditions.
