While AuraXtail is not currently regulated, the firm voluntarily adheres to a clear set of internal policies, including its Public Trader Policy, AML/KYC Policy, voluntary audit schedules, and operational terms, to define trader rights and firm responsibilities in good faith.

These measures reflect our proactive efforts to align with industry best practices, support operational integrity, and lay the groundwork for future regulatory engagement. As the firm grows, we may adjust and expand these frameworks to better position AuraXtail for formal oversight when the time comes.

AuraXtail may also choose to cooperate with regulatory or law enforcement agencies, where appropriate, to prevent financial crime and support transparency. Our current voluntary commitment includes third-party use of independent Canadian auditors, escrow services, and compliance consultants.

Although voluntary compliance is not guaranteed compliance, by using AuraXtail’s services, traders acknowledge our ongoing efforts to eventually build a compliant, trustworthy platform, even ahead of formal regulatory obligations.

We ask users to stay in the loop, as future compliance or regulatory standing within our firm may greatly impact their eligibility, requirements, or overall experience with our services.
