Request Connection
At https://www.auraxtail.com/copytrade, in your dashboard, you will see a button named “Request” under the title “Request Connection.” Press this button to start configuring a copy trading connection.

Map Your Symbols
Once redirected after clicking the previous button, you may optionally map symbols from your MT5 account to your TradeOx account. For example, if a symbol on TradeOx is named EURUSD.aura but is named EURUSD on your MT5 platform, you must map EURUSD → EURUSD.aura. Failure to map symbols correctly will cause trades for those symbols to fail execution.

Configure Accounts
At this stage, you are prompted to enter what MT5 account (copy from) to what TradeOx account (copy to) you would like to register.
MT5 CONFIGURATIONS (COPY FROM)
Enter the MT5 account details you want to copy trades from.
TRADEOX CONFIGURATIONS (COPY TO)
Enter the target TradeOx account number.
Copy Settings
Enter the desired lot size multiplier.
Examples:
• 1 → 1 lot on MT5 = 1 lot on TradeOx
• 0.5 → 1 lot on MT5 = 0.5 lots on TradeOx
• 2 → 1 lot on MT5 = 2 lots on TradeOx
Request Connection
After submitting the connection request, a success message will be displayed. The lightbox will then close automatically and redirect you back to the Copy Trader home page at https://www.auraxtail.com/copytrade, if the request is successful.

Pending Approval

Once you configure your initial connection, refreshing the page will display the connection as Pending.
Our associates will then conduct a manual review to verify ownership of the TradeOx account. Upon successful verification, you will receive a $10 invoice via email, which must be paid to complete the connection setup.

Manage Active Connections
After paying your invoice, your copy trading connection may take up to 2 hours to be provisioned and become active.
Once your connection is active, you can browse any active connection and click “Modify” to update its settings. For example, you can re-map symbols or change the MT5/TradeOx account you are copying to or from.
If you click “Modify”, a lightbox will open displaying the current settings for that connection. You can adjust all settings as shown in the image below.
WARNING: Once you click “Request Modification”, your connection will be disconnected. Please ensure all trades are closed before proceeding, as this action is irreversible. After modification, your account will return to “Pending” status until the changes are fully applied.
